P29 - NeontronDas Neontron besteht aus 3 Leuchtstoffröhren, die über einen Controller zufällig an und ausgeschaltet werden. Zusätzlich ist es möglich die Schaltgeschwindigkeit zu verändern, sowie alle Lampen auszuschalten. Pro Leuchtstoffroehre werden 2 Sounds abgenommen. Der Starter ist eine Glimmlampe deren Elektroden Bimetallstreifen sind. Durch Erwaermung und Abkuehlung aufgrund einer Glimmentladung schliesst und oeffnet sich der Starter. Konstruktionsbedingt werden auch elektrische Feldaenderungen, Luft- und Koerperschallkomponenten uebertragen. Zum anderen wird ueber die Drahtspule um die Roehre das Feld der Leuchtstoffroehre selbst aufgenommen. Zufälliges Setup

P29 - NeontronThe Neontron consists of three fluorescent tubes switched on and off at random by a controller. It is also possible to change the switching speed or mute all lamps completely. Each fluorescent tube is captured by two different sound sources. Piezo pickups record the metallic behaviour of the starter, a glow lamp with bimetal electrodes that opens and closes through heating and cooling. By design, electrical field fluctuations, air movement and body resonance are also transferred into the signal. In addition, a wire coil around the tube records the field of the fluorescent light itself. Random Setup
